After hanging out in our convenient, low-maintenance apartment in Dallas for over a year, we've decided to become homeowners again. Located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the house will hopefully be a home where we can settle down for a while. Right now I'm camping out in the family room until Joe joins me, but we're already making a prioritized paint room list and discussing what landscaping would be lower maintenance.
