After a 2 year hiatus, we returned to our favorite vacation destination: Hilton Head. That's right, Harbor Town and Greg Russell, sandy beaches, great shopping, fantastic golf and mini golf, and, best of all, Rita's Italian Ice. This trip was even better as we got to take Katie along with us. She experienced her first dip in the Atlantic Ocean, became best buddies with Sara and especially Will, and even tasted a little bit of Cotton Candy shaved ice from Rita's. And oh yeah, we even had the pleasure of lunch with Father Mike Heintz. 2011 can't come fast enough!
